STEP 1 Spritz freshly cleansed skin with your favorite hydrating mist and apply facial oil to provide a smooth base and prevent tugging.

STEP 2 Begin at the neck and work your way up in long, gentle strokes.

STEP 3 Using the notched side of the Gua Sha, glide along the jawline and chin in outward motions.

STEP 4 Rotate your Gua Sha to align with the natural contours of your cheeks and forehead, then sweep outwards towards the hairline.

STEP 5 Finish by using the corners of your Gua Sha tool to relieve tension at pressure points on the jaw, temples and cheekbones.

Returns

Returns for store credit and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from date of purchase. Strictly no cash refunds. Products purchased on sale or promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept exchange or returns for products from brands such as Evolve Organic Beauty, MV Skintherapy, OSEA Malibu, Santaverde, Venn Skincare.

Backorders

Backorders typically require a delivery timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order placement. We kindly ask that you proceed with your purchase only if you are comfortable with this waiting period and potential unforeseen delays.

Please note that cancellations for backordered items are not permitted. We will make every effort to expedite the shipment as soon as the items become available.

If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives.

Each order is eligible for a one-time complimentary standard courier split shipment for in-stock and backordered items, provided that each shipment exceeds $60. If a shipment is below $60, a fee of $6 will be applied for split shipping. Kindly include a note with your order or reach out to us to request that we ship your in-stock items first.

Additional fees may be incurred for any other separate delivery arrangements. Customers may wish to opt for self-collection for their orders at our retail stores with no additional charges required.
