1. An essential and non-negotiable first step. Spritz the face 2-3 times with Rose Hydrating Mist, immediately before application of our Native Power Serum. This lowers the skin surface tension and delivers juicy H2O molecules for the hyaluronic serum to draw into the skin.
2. All MV treatments are concentrated formulations. You'll only need 1/2 a pump of the Native Power Serum for the face and neck. Dose into the palm of your hands and smooth over the face, massaging until entirely absorbed.
3. Please don’t wear this serum ‘alone’. A vital step when working with the amazing water loving properties of hyaluronic acid, is to ensure it stays where you want it. That is, in the skin! Once the serum has been sufficiently massaged, please ensure that you 'seal in' with either a Booster Oil, a Moisturiser - or both. This will prevent evaporation of H2O and allow for long-lasting hydration.

Returns

Returns for store credit and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from date of purchase. Strictly no cash refunds. Products purchased on sale or promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept exchange or returns for products from brands such as Evolve Organic Beauty, MV Skintherapy, OSEA Malibu, Santaverde, Venn Skincare.

Backorders

Backorders typically require a delivery timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order placement. We kindly ask that you proceed with your purchase only if you are comfortable with this waiting period and potential unforeseen delays.

Please note that cancellations for backordered items are not permitted. We will make every effort to expedite the shipment as soon as the items become available.

If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives.

Each order is eligible for a one-time complimentary standard courier split shipment for in-stock and backordered items, provided that each shipment exceeds $60. If a shipment is below $60, a fee of $6 will be applied for split shipping. Kindly include a note with your order or reach out to us to request that we ship your in-stock items first.

Additional fees may be incurred for any other separate delivery arrangements. Customers may wish to opt for self-collection for their orders at our retail stores with no additional charges required.
