MV SKINTHERAPY Gentle Cream Cleanser

Smooth 1-2 pumps (Do not use more than 2 pumps – this cleanser is concentrated!) onto dry (yes, dry) skin. Wet your fingertips and gently massage for 15 seconds.

Immerse muslin in warm/hot water, wring tightly then hold steamy compress against your face, inhaling deeply to find your inner stillness. This process provides steam exfoliation and capillary exercise. Wipe away with slow and deliberate movements. *Do not rinse off in the shower as this is not a water-soluble formula. Rinsing with water will lead to dullness, congestion and/or breakouts!*

Repeat compress 2-4 times. Your skin will be perfectly clean while respecting your delicate natural microbiome, nothing harsh or aggressive happens at MV. Master this step and your skin will thank you forever.

The Difference Is In The Detail
Please don't take your cream cleanser into the shower and attempt to wash off with water. MV’s unique moisturising cleanser is designed to be removed with a warm steamy cloth. Compacted make-up and/or sunscreen cannot be removed effectively with a rich cream cleanser and running water. 

Always apply to dry skin. If applied to wet skin, the cleanser will then slip over the surface, rather than grabbing make-up & grime. Please don't continue massaging for more than 15 seconds. Returns for store credit and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from date of purchase. Strictly no cash refunds. Products purchased on sale or promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept exchange or returns for products from brands such as Evolve Organic Beauty, MV Skintherapy, OSEA Malibu, Santaverde, Venn Skincare.

Backorders

Backorders typically require a delivery timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order placement. We kindly ask that you proceed with your purchase only if you are comfortable with this waiting period and potential unforeseen delays.

Please note that cancellations for backordered items are not permitted. We will make every effort to expedite the shipment as soon as the items become available.

If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives.

Each order is eligible for a one-time complimentary standard courier split shipment for in-stock and backordered items, provided that each shipment exceeds $60. If a shipment is below $60, a fee of $6 will be applied for split shipping. Kindly include a note with your order or reach out to us to request that we ship your in-stock items first.

Additional fees may be incurred for any other separate delivery arrangements. Customers may wish to opt for self-collection for their orders at our retail stores with no additional charges required.
