Returns

Returns for store credit and exchanges are allowed within 15 days from date of purchase. Strictly no cash refunds. Products purchased on sale or promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept exchange or returns for products from brands such as Evolve Organic Beauty, MV Skintherapy, OSEA Malibu, Santaverde, Venn Skincare.

Backorders

Backorders typically require a delivery timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order placement. We kindly ask that you proceed with your purchase only if you are comfortable with this waiting period and potential unforeseen delays.

Please note that cancellations for backordered items are not permitted. We will make every effort to expedite the shipment as soon as the items become available.

If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives.

Each order is eligible for a one-time complimentary standard courier split shipment for in-stock and backordered items, provided that each shipment exceeds $60. If a shipment is below $60, a fee of $6 will be applied for split shipping. Kindly include a note with your order or reach out to us to request that we ship your in-stock items first.

Additional fees may be incurred for any other separate delivery arrangements. Customers may wish to opt for self-collection for their orders at our retail stores with no additional charges required.

Generous size for price

I love that it cleans my hair well without stripping it's moisture (enough for me not to use conditioner).
It may seem expensive at first but it lasts a really long time.
Plus point for not having any strong fragrance scent !

Excellent shampoo

I never review shampoos because it’s quite difficult to find shampoos that make a difference to hair. I’ve only been using organic shampoo now for about 7-8 years but this is THE BEST one so far. I noticed hair falling way less and as disgusting as this seems, I feel like I don’t need to shampoo my hair daily as this shampoo seems to keep oily scalp at bay. Will repurchase!

Too strong for my scalp

I love the amazing ingredients of this shampoo, but I found that the ingredients were too strong for my hair follicles which are weakened from lots of dying and highlights. I wanted to love this shampoo but found it to be not so great for my hair.
